So the Pope worries about "aggressive secularism" and "atheist extremism", does he?

Well, us atheists don't kill people whose religious views we disapprove of, as Muslims do today and Catholics did for centuries.

Us atheists don't stone people going into theatres to see shows they disapprove of, as the Sikhs did in Birmingham not so long ago, to cheers from Roman Catholic Archbishop Vincent Nicholls (as he then was - he's a cardinal now.)

Us atheists don't demand public money to set up our own schools, from which we can then exclude pupils and teachers of other faiths, as Catholics and other religions do.

The Holy Father should take Jesus Christ's advice, and cast out the mote in his own eye first.
